Located near Philadelphia, PA, Criterion Search
Group is a boutique firm respected for its personalized service
and success in finding world-class executives for a range of
organizations. Criterion is a generalist firm, unbound by any
specific industry, geographic area, business size or employment
function. Criterion was recently ranked by the Philadelphia
Business Journal as one of the region's top executive search
firms.
Criterion President Beth Hare brings more than 20 years
experience as an executive search professional, having recruited
and selectively placed executives at organizations both regionally
and nationally. Criterion's executive searches are often national,
and occasionally international, in scope. Areas of expertise
range widely and include searches for executives for the financial
services area, investment firms, law firms, foundations, corporate
human resources departments, and pharmaceutical and technology
organizations.
Beth Hare has the expertise, experience, and an extensive and
expanding network of qualified candidates to fill the most demanding
positions. Beth also is adept at studying emerging challenges
in several niche industries, monitoring broad-based cultural
shifts across a spectrum of businesses and industries, and creating
flexible new structures for organizations seeking to improve
service or performance.
Unlike other search firms that rely on junior stafferswith
whom clients have no personal relationshipto carry out
the actual search, Beth is intimately involved in the entire
search process. As a result of building a relationship with
clients, and actively participating in every step of recruitment,
the client receives the intense and highly skilled focus of
the firm's senior executive throughout the search.
Beth is a graduate of Bucknell University and has a degree in
Human Resources management from New York University. She began
her career on Wall Street, working for Morgan Stanley before
joining the search industry. In the Philadelphia area, she is
a board member of Saunders House, a leader in providing long-term
care and rehabilitative services, and also serves on the board
of Appleford, a historic 22-acre arboretum and bird sanctuary.
Beth serves as an advisor to The Center for Emerging Visual
Artists.
